A Final Fantasy XIV Character Profile

Foreword

Smoke in the distance caught the attention of several Sharlayan Gleaners on an expedition of Eastern Thanalan. They knew merchants often traveled through nearby routes to reach Ul'dah or Gridania, but pillaging wasn't a common practice.Amongst the ashes of a ransacked caravan, the gleaners came upon a young lalafell who couldn't have been any more than 8 summers old. Having found no other survivors, the gleaners decided to take responsibility for the newly orphaned child, bringing her with them on the next ship back to Old Sharlayan.

Bebeka quickly acclimated to her Sharlayan environment, spending most of her suns assisting gleaners in the underground sanctuary of Labyrinthos and most of her moons studying whatever tome she could get her hands on. Acquiring an affinity for restorative magicks, Bebeka decided to work towards becoming an archon of healing, vowing to protect others from the same fate her family's caravan faced those many moons ago.After becoming of age and having saved enough gil to do so, Bebeka decided to venture back to Eorzea to further study White Magic. It is on this journey to the black shroud that Bebeka learned she was a chosen of Hydaelyn and was to become a Warrior of Light.As for now, Bebeka continues to perfect the art of healing though her journey as a Warrior of Light. If the realm were to someday enter an era of peace, perhaps then Bebeka could acquire her arcane tattoo and earn her title as archon.
